Lux Nails Bar – Policy
At Lux Nails Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality services in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please read and follow our salon policies below.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show or late cancellations may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments or group bookings.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Payment is accepted by card or cash.
3. Refunds & Repairs
- We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.
- If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact us within 3 days for a complimentary fix.
- Any concerns raised after 3 days may be charged at normal service rates.
4. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections before your appointment.
- For the safety of all clients, we may refuse service if we believe it could cause harm to you or others.
- Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
5. Aftercare & Guarantee
- To maintain your nails, please follow our aftercare advice (avoid harsh chemicals, wear gloves when cleaning, and avoid using nails as tools).
- Normal wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee.
6. Respectful Behaviour
- We aim to provide a calm and professional atmosphere. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
